Ashley was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana and the United States District Courts in the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana. She began her legal pursuit in 2017 at Southern University Law Center (SULC) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During her matriculation at SULC, she spent years as a law clerk where she began to hone skills needed as a future attorney.
Recently, Ms. McCullen has served as a compliance counsel for corporations where she has expanded her knowledge to provide comprehensive legal analysis on Medicare Secondary Payer Act Compliance and Medicaid Recovery in liability, no fault, and workers’ compensation matters.
